Desired Skills: Tax Return preparation, QuickBooks, Payroll, Book Keeping

2.Quick Books and strong accounting background/knowledge:

Desired skills: Must have QuickBooks knowledge, and Must be capable of producing and checking for accuracy in Financial Statements, Income Statements and Balance Sheets

3.Administrative Assistant:

Description: Assist in the organizational functions. Must have computer skills, including word processing and data base maintenance with a minimum typing speed of 40 wpm. Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines, and to cope with interruptions, rush projects, and various personalities. Must be well organized, able to prioritize responsibilities, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

4. Data Entry/Receptionist: 

Description: Performing general receptionist duties, and completing basic customer service functions, Planning, Reporting Skills, Attention to Detail, General Consulting Skills, Written Communication, Data Entry Skills, typing skills, Multi-tasking
